Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday, Please allow up to 31 days for our bespoke productions items to be made.
Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 4 business days.
Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 14 business days to process and ship. Any pre order items can take up to 6 weeks please email before ordering this item if you do not wish to wait the time we advise to check the timescale as we will only offer a store credit.
Please do not worry if you are not happy with item as long as you comply a member of our team will do our best to sort the any problems. Returns are accepted within 5 days from the shipped date. Please note that some items are bespoke and are non returnable. We may offer a store credit if items are not the right fit. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached recorded and fully insured delivery with tracking number. We cannot process a refund if this is not adhered to.
